CFA Egyptian Mau Breed Council

CFA Egyptian Mau Rescue/Retirees

As our breed expands and more and more people express an interest in our special cats, we find that the need for intervention, rescue and reclamation becomes more and more common. Although there is no formal organization that covers Egyptian Mau Rescue, as breeders we take responsibility for caring for our own.  Several people have stepped to the plate as regional coordinators so that if a situation arises they can try to get people who have close proximity involved quickly.

Regional Coordinators:

Mid-Atlantic - Patricia Summers: Emaugedc@yahoo.com

NorthEast - Jill Archibald: bishoparch@aol.com

Current rescues or retirees:

We currently have two lovely bronze girls looking for a home together or separately... They are living in San Antonio Texas and would need to be picked up from there as we do not want to traumatize them by shipping... They are both spayed and up to date on shots and medical. Both are sweet loving girls who need a wonderful forever home.  Interested parties should contact Michele Ruiz at michele@katichekats.com

GC Katiche Mind Games Of Mauraj - Miney (above) is 10 years old and needs an only cat home if not placed with her roommate  Miney gets along great with her roommate CH Mauraj Petmeordie -  Petme (below). Petme is 7 and can be placed with Miney or on her own. She gets along with everyone.
